I have all my equipt. at home too.

I'd say forget the leg press crap, just go squats, deads, cleans, and maybe dbell lunges. I don't use my cables much either. The only leg machine I would want is calves presses of some sort. Personally doing standing calves raises sucks and if I try to throw the bbell on my knees with 300+ it hurts like hell.

You did not indicate how many dbells you had. I always want more dbells myself.

I'd go with the different benches also. The shoulder press bench (90 degree angle seat to back) is hard to find but necessary.

Wish I could find those old school harnces for your head to work your neck.
