jamyjarjr: Thanks for answering my questions mate! Appreciate it!

god_send: Thanks for at least giving me the benefit of some doubt and 'asking' about my diet before 'judging' my knowledge. I will post my diet below...

redz: Really!? Steroids aren't magic!? Cheers for the patronising assumptions, but unfortunately, ones weight does not directly equal knowledge. I thought I'd keep to the point in my post,- I didn't feel the need to go into my previous personal life circumstances, nor boast of my Sports Science qualifications or the fact I've worked as a Dietetic Support Worker in the country's largest Hospital treating malnourished patients. Yeah, oops...

Okay then, this is what's on the Menu...

Meal 1: Oats, piece of fruit, 1-2 boiled Eggs, Whey Shake

Meal 2: Wholemeal Rice & Chicken mayo (1/2 Fat mayo)

Meal 3: Pasta & 2 tins of Sardines (Yeah, loves 'em!)

Meal 4: Lean meat & Salad Sandwich & piece of fruit

PWO: Dextrose & Whey Shake. Plus Creatine, Glutamine, and BCAA.

Meal 5: Chicken/Beef/Tuna etc., Potatoes, and lots of veggies. Oh, and a large slice of Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert...kidding!! Sheesh! :-)

Meal 6: Either Cottage Cheese OR Casein Shake with UDO's Choice Oil Blend

We're looking at 3000-3200 Kcals here ppl, with a breakdown of 45% Carbs, 35% Protein, and 20% Fat. I've experimented with different breakdowns, and quantities (!), and this is what I've found (begins) to work for me, 'unassisted' of course! Hehe!

The problem is your weight though man, you are just going to get ripped on if you insist you have everything down pat. My brother is the same height and weight so i have a pretty good idea of your build. I suggest you add another meal into there and stick to that for another year or so at least.

Still need work on that diet. Watch Milos Sarcev's videos from the stickies in the diet section.

But while others haven't brought this up, let me ask... what's your workout routine like? Do you do core compounds? What's your squat? Deadlift? Bench (if you must tell me... gimme the incline bench)? Bent over rows? Do you sleep enough?

6'0" 140 lbs is way too less. I'm 6'0" 198 lbs without roids (at 17% bf, but even if I drop a lot of that fat I'll still be around 190). Not trying to patronize you, but I really doubt you have been dieting seriously and working out religiously. On and Off workouts will not cut it.
