Its a giant set.
Round 1:
Front squats then supersetted with smith squats then walking lunges into leg press then into leg extensions then back into lunges for 3 rotations
Round 2:
Then squats, sissy hack squats, to regular hack squats, then into leg press and finishing with leg extensions. 3 rotations......
High reps 10-15 per exercise
