My diet is every day the same except Tue. And Fri. free (I add some foods that I like to my diet & maybe little amounts of sweets, ice-cream, some pastries & olive oil)… my diet look like this:
-Pre breakfast // ½ tea sp. Natural Honey + 5g creatine + 4tabs. Amino acids + water.
-9:00 // 6 egg whites + 2 yolks + 100g boiled chicken breast + 70g low fat cheese + 100g oatmeal + 2pics toast + salads + 1 multivitamin + 1000mg vit.C + 1 capsule cod liver oil.
-11:00 // 2 scoops whey protein + 5g glutamine + 4 tabs. Amino acids + 2 bananas + 1 apple.
-14:00 // 200g boiled rice or pasta + 500g lean beef or fresh tuna fish or a half chicken (boiled or grilled) or 2 cans of tuna + salads + 2 apples after 1hour.
-16:00 // training. (30 minute before training I take universal animal stack for 21days every 2 months).
-18:30 // immediately post work out // 2 scoops whey protein + 4 tabs amino acids + 5g creatine + 1 tabs vitamin B-Complex + 2 bananas.
-21:30 // 200g boiled potato + 500g lean beef or fresh tuna fish or a half chicken (boiled or grilled) or 2 cans of tuna + salads + 1 tabs multivitamin.
-23:00 // 5 tabs universal Uni-liver + 5g glutamine + ½ tea sp. Natural Honey
-Before sleep // 3 tabs. ZMA.
*** I use about 2-3 liters of water every day.
*** My diet was always salt, sugar free & minimum fat.
*** I can’t drink milk at all (all kinds of milk) it gives me a fat around my abs.
