Take the Docs advice but ask him to monitor the progress, to see if his idea has actually worked. Who knows, he may end up going TRT if things arn't great.
Put the AAS plan on the backburner for a little while mate, there's no rush. Check the diet and slim out the weight session like the others say. You don't need to lift like a maniac to get positive results and if you DO get 4 weeks of testoviron soon you might be well on the way.
