of course I do ! at 18 I was 154 lbs, now I'm 176 lbs, not so thin is it ?
But I'm training alone, and difficult to lift more than 220 lbs on bench press for exemple.

So it took you 23 years to gain 22 lbs ? And i thought my progress was slow.

hey bro, I didn't go to the gym EVERY f**** DAY of those f**** 23 years you see what I mean
I had long periods (sometimes 1 year let's say) I did not do anything you see...
And I agree, I was not hard training...
2 or 3 years ago I tryed to train more, I reached 220 lbs @ bench press...I took whey and calculated my diet to reach 150 g/day protein intake...but I have now difficulties to lift more than 220. perhaps because I'm 41 ?
And I have more easily joint problems than before (shoulders, epicondilitis)

That's why I thought about Testosterone enanthate.

I did a lot of research about gears, PCT, ...
I bought T enanthate and deca, then left them in my cupboard and posted this message.
I've quit training since may because of shoulder pain. slow healing I'm afraid.

    I would like to try a first 300 or 400 mg/w T enanthate @ 10 weeks cycle.
    actually my routine is
    day 1 : chest
    day 2 : biceps/triceps/forearms
    day3 : delts
    day 4 : legs
    day 5 : back
    week end : rest

my diet, I don not really pay attention to it, I eat many carbs and take whey to reach proteins needs for BB. more or less 0.331 pounds/day

This is just my input, not sure if everyone will agree. You should fix your routine a little. You categorized arms into one day which shouldn't be, in my opinion. Biceps are pull muscles and triceps are push muscles. Why not work back and bi's on day five and chest and tri's on day 1. Then for day 2 you can incorporate ABS into your workouts. Your bench probably hasn't gone up because your core isn't strong enough? If anyone disagrees let me know and i'll edit.

I think you said that backwards arent triceps push muscles and biceps pull muscles? but i do agree with the back and bi's and forearms together and chest and tri's thats what my plan is and then shoulders legs and traps together. 6 days a week eeach twice

    You beat me to it....

I think if he puts day 4 between 1 and 2 and day 5 between 2 and 3, it will look alot like my workout.

I would never do forearms in with bis and tris though. I like bi's with tri's and alternate, you can get a nice workout and max stretch its nice. I know a few people that do it, and its to each their own but I like it. Forearms is pushing it over the limit though.

Also I use my weekend at least 1 day for cardio...
