important supplements in my book, with no particular order cause u should get them all, is protein, glutamine, arginine, BCAA, o mega3's, multivitamin(not the cheap crap but a good "whole food" multi v). and then u can throw in some creatine, but creatine is not neccessary to build muscle, but im sure it helps, remember creatine itself does not build muscle, u need to have the proper tools to build the muscle first.
