    Most Important Supps

    Obviously a good diet and sufficient water intake are important for any kind of training but as far as supplements go for gaining size and strength a good protien supplement would be #1 followed by creatine at #2. What do you guys think #3 would be on that list? Not including pro-hormones and obviously any steroids of course.

    no just kidding, actualy i would go with multivitamin for # 3

    a good preworkout/NO product? i hardly ever buy them but when i take them sometimes i do feel better and workout harder i think

    id say #1 A good anytime Protein powder and post workout powder #2Multi-vitamin and fish oils #3 goal specific stuff - i.e creatine, stimulants whatever.

    A while back I was taking NO2 when it first came out and seemed to make alot of good gains but it could have just been the Andro I was taking. lol. I have since then taken it a couple times and didnt really feel too much. Anybody else use the Androstat Poppers from Pinnacle back in the day? Holy sh*t those things worked awesome for me!!! Wish I could still get some.

    It was 100% the Andro. I took em a long time ago when I was ill-informed in high school. I had the berry pinnacle poppers if i remember correctly. NO2 is a complete waste of money. Just buy some cheap L-Arginine (the active ingredient in NO2) from Vitamin Shoppe or something.

    i took the orginal NO2 when it first came out and i responded insanely to it. granted i was only like 150-155lbs then, but it made my veins insanely pumped all the time and looked like i was juicing. i now take regular AKG from vit shoppe, and the pumps arent as good as he NO2 but i dont have the cash for it.

    important supplements in my book, with no particular order cause u should get them all, is protein, glutamine, arginine, BCAA, o mega3's, multivitamin(not the cheap crap but a good "whole food" multi v). and then u can throw in some creatine, but creatine is not neccessary to build muscle, but im sure it helps, remember creatine itself does not build muscle, u need to have the proper tools to build the muscle first.
