    I know what you mean lol. after leg days I cant walk the next day, and the extreme streching is torture.

    Wink watch it

    D.C. training does work well, but it puts a lot of stress on the tendons causing them to sometimes tear easily. If you do D.C. train with your mind and not your instinct. Good Luck

    Good advice. You have to check your ego at the door with this routine and do what your body can handle. If you can do that then the numbers WILL go up.

    just curious, but what has lead you to this conclusion?

    when repetitve amount of stress is constintly forced upon muscles while fatiqueing, the stress and weight is spreaded out to the secondary muscles, and outer exerction points of the muscles for complettion of the full range of rep motion.
