I swear I have battled this problem for life.. Even when I was in shape a few years ago, no matter what I would get sore, but nothing of this sort.
That said, I am 240lbs now (was almost 260 2 weeks ago) and for the past week I have been biking again.. I can barley walk right now, my legs feel like they are on fire and my ass is killing me (fat ass I am)
So.. I want to do cardio, I want to get healthy again, but I don't think I will be able to ride the bike tomorrow.
What can I do? what should I do?
