hi guyes. (New here). before i start im amazed to find this forum for the information you guyes can give.
i have started training again, and would like some info on cycles, ive read post on the forum for starter cycles but am strugling to understand how to read them. about 10years ago i was taking steroids. witch pretty much consisted of 10ml of deca a week and then would take 10ml sustanon or 10ml testaviron with it per week, sumtimes with pinkstars forget what they where. your knowledge for a ...well first timer would be greatly appreciated.
