Thread: Need some advice. Hows this for a first time cycle?

    heres my stats:

    age: 20
    height: 5"11
    weight: 11.5 stone
    bf% never had it tested, im guessing its low.
    diet summary/# meals per day: porridge, protein shakes, jacket potatoe, chicken, tuna, salmon, fruit and veg.
    years lifting / workout split: 8months / one bodypart per day, (chest Monday)
    cycle experience: ziltch
    pct/estrogen control knowledge: pct help bring hormonal levels back to normal balance.
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...) Size and Strength

    years lifting / workout split: 8months / one bodypart per day, (chest Monday) (Not NEARLY long enough. I lifted for 3 years seriously before jumping on. You dont need AAS at this age, especially when youve only been lifting for 8 months.)
