Possible abcess?

5 days is getting kinda long. Ive had sites that do ache that long from time to time. I watch these sites and if they do not get a little better each day, then cause for alarm. If you went in every time you had a sore ass, you would go broke in medical costs. I had one infection in my leg and I never had a fever. So that does not always indicate an infection. It always helps me if I ice a sore site as well.

Your call. If it were me, I would go in if it were not improving dramatically in a day or two.

Just a note, I would never heat a sore site, Ice is always better.

yea lol, heating pads dont do shi* for an abcess. Iv had an abcess, it aint no fun
