Injected over 5 days ago, and has only gone down a little bit. On the day i injected i picked up a fever which i have still got. i have really high temperatures and a sore throat when i swallow, also have headaches and feel dizzy.

Is this an abcess? if so is it wise to go to the doctors and get him to give me some medicine??

I dont really want to go doctors because he will keep it on my record.
