    I dont think anyone is gonna put together a cycle and PCT for you bro.

    You should take the initative yourself and put them together and then post it up for us to critque.

    Also, your BF% is probably too high to begin a cycle anyway...

    Thank you. I have been looking through those for some time.
    I am going to look into a good BF% that I want to be BELOW before I do a cycle.
    Right now workout is...
    Mostly cardio...Obviously.
    2 hours 5 times a week to get my BF back into some kind of healthy level.
    Jogging mixed with boxing bag rotations for 45 second bursts. I have excellent lungs so I should be able to start taking weight off pretty quickly.

    Diet right now.

    6 meals around 2200 calories a day. Less than 15% fat, tons of protain. I am not a fan of the way I feel on carbs so I am not taking in much in the way of carbs right now.

    Again thanks all. I will pause this idea and get my diet inline and try to find a good BF% for me.
