Thread: 1st cycle see pics... 7 weeks in now...

    my diet was ok when i started but with bein off work for the last 4weeks it just stoped... me bein lazy...

    this my diet.... ye i know it needs work but iam sure its ok to gain some size. ... all meals 3 hours apart.

    full cup of oats, 1 scoop of whey.. 15ml flax seed oil

    tin of tuna... 1 slice of holemeal bread...

    tin of tuna... 2 slices of holemeal bread..

    pwo shake... 15ml flax seed oil

    chicken breast with sweet potato, or brown pasta

    casien shake.

    pro 170g... carb 125g...fat 50g

    my diet is mainly for cutting as my mid section need to go for holiday next year... i have trouble eating always feel sick when on diets...

    i will try and add another tin of tuna in there somewere and some pasta.

    One day ill be looking to do a cycle like yours.

    I must say though and no offence, but if I was doing a cycle I would have my diet in check and wouldn't even consider being lazy about my food intake.

    there is no way that if i had just spent all this money on gear, that i would let it go to waste by failing to keep up with my diet. its only for 10 weeks or so bro, just lug it out and was just wondering if your having any symptoms of gyno ? no flame intended bro. could just be the bodyfat is still abit high, but correct me if im wrong in your picture it looks like your nipples are starting to get abit puffy.

    i know what you are all saying.... from today iam sticking to my diet.... always had puffy nipples from teens not gyno.... got another 7 weeks so should gain more size now with the test bein kicked in... will post pics at the end... does my diet look ok?? mainly to cut with some bulk.

    not enough food. stop with the shakes, and eat whole food. do something like this maybe

    #1 eggs/oats
    #2 chicken/potato
    #3 tuna/broccoli
    #4 chicken/potato
    #5 tuna/broccoli
    #6 chicken/potato

    portion sizes will be directly related to daily calorie needs.

    thanks for the info.... can you give me a chest workout and how many sets ect?

    on my chest were it says bb thats barbell presses so iam doing 6 sets of them and 7 sets of flys?

    also is my trap workout ok? my arms are geting big so think that workout is ok.... just need a good chest and trap workout.... i have bad shoulders so cant do much with them....

    do what you can for your shoulders. just remember whatever effort you put in in exercise is equal to what you get out. if you slack on something dont complain if something appears out proportion or weak.

    chest:

    warm up barbell bench - 1 to 2 sets- 10-15 reps- whatever weight thats not to heavy that can get the muscle warm.
    barbell bench press - 4 sets- heavy as hell with good form-8-10 reps
    incline dumbbell bench - 4 sets - heavy as hell with good form - 8-10 reps
    weighted dips - 4 sets -10 reps
    optional:
    cable fly's - 4 sets 10 reps - slow and really focus on feeling your chest burn.
