im guessing 12% bf because i believe at 10% my abs should be really visible, I wasnt dehydrated what so ever and i have dairy in my diet and i have a good amount of salt,
Diet is 35P/45c/20f 2700kcal on WO days 1800kcal on rest and cardio ab days

4 days with weights 3 with out weights
2 on 1 of abs cardio 2 on 1 off 1 abs cardio
on WO day i do 2 session of cardio A.M and PWO
