I couldnt agree with you more in most cases. There used to be a mag. called Muscle Media 2000 that I used to read that would do lab tests on many well know companies and they would hardly contain any of the stuff on the label. I've spend a lot of my hard earned money through out the years on this crap and I can tell you that I use whey for right after my workout with
Waxy Maize (which I'm still up in the air on this one) creatine(RAW MCC), and Amp 02. Everything in the past 15 years has done nothing for me (except M1T)(but thats a different story). Do I think Amp02 and RAW MCC are making me huge...NO. Do I think it gives me a slight edge over the next guy...YES. Just my opinion.
