yeah mav i dont know anyone no matter how good diet/training is that can keep all of what they gained.....even with highly anabolic low androgenic stacks that lend themselves to mass retention post cycle ...i like the sound of it....just dont see it being the case in the real world.....

It would be F**king tough, but it's possible. And with the statement "keep all of what they gained", that's referring to the final net weight post-pct.

Socialising would be affected. Diet and training would need to be consistent... Go away on vacation expect a loss of strength/mass.

But again, it's definitely possible. Or look at it as an advancement by looking at things from a different perspective. A natural guy trains hard and eats well to bring his weight up to 170lbs; he runs a cycle and gains 20lbs; he loses 4lbs post-pct due to water weight. That's 16lbs net gained. He continues to eat and train hard. Even if he still lost 6lb due to lack of dedication/or simple being a half ass, he would of advanced by 10lbs... not inc strength gains.

I personally find strength gains easiest to keep. I personally never lose any strength post cycle. But as the cliche goes - everybody is different. EDIT: unless the strength gains were absolutely insane.
