    Is taking amplify 02 at 5pm going to cause sleeping issues? I can only go to the gym after work. Do you recommend for me to take it earlier and still work out at 7pm?

    And no I do not work for the company I just received the products yesterday.

    Why is taking a protein shake at 10pm bad? I usually sleep by 12am and wake up at 8am.

    I do cook with oil I will try to take flax or fish oil or maybe almonds.

    take instead of the shake... try cottage cheese..

    I agree 100% with cottage cheese! I mix mine with sugar free jam for flava, lol. If you cant do the cottage cheese, try caesin protein. It breaks down slower. Definately add the almonds. I have them as my in-between snacks throughout the day. I would only have a shake pwo, right after!
