What do you guys use to keep up with your heartrate? Every cardio machine i've ever used thinks i'm dead and will not give me a HR reading, and when they do it's always like 190 or something lol.
Another question I have is do I really need one? I always either walk @ 10 incline @ 4mph Or do HIIT 60 secs Hard 60 secs Recover.
