i don't know how's ur diet look like cause saying 3000 of colories is not enough data it could b anything. u need to list each meal in details.
ro, carbs, fats.
example:
breakfast:
8am - 6 egg whites, 1 toast, 50mg yelow cheese, 1/2 cup oat.
10am- shake with bannana.
etc.....
........
looking forward for the pics.
7am- oatmeal, protein shake and a banana
9am-8 egg whites
11am- chicken breast, salad with nuts
1pm- protein shake
3pm- 2 yogurts and an apple
5pm- chicken breast
7pm- steak, venison or chicken, sweet potato and some greens
9pm- 8 egg whites
Middle of night- protein shake
