i don't know how's ur diet look like cause saying 3000 of colories is not enough data it could b anything. u need to list each meal in details.
ro, carbs, fats.
example:
breakfast:
8am - 6 egg whites, 1 toast, 50mg yelow cheese, 1/2 cup oat.
10am- shake with bannana.
etc.....
