1st regarding your diet you need to list in details what ur diet is, not directing this to u, its just sometimes u hear people complaining about not gaining any weight and they eat and eat and eat but can't gain wait once they list their diet than bang they r getting 2000 colories or less a day.

2nd, hcg if you know that ur balls really shrinks and ur concerned about them then i would use it 2x a week.
3rd, iam sorry i lost you here r you saying that you've done 5 cycles in the past?. if so, i appologize i didn't read it.
regarding your cycle since u have those injuries yes deca would be a good choice to help lubricate those joints while pushing hard.
