It's fast/slow paced. Might work like interval sprints for cutting fat.....but seems like it could be so catabolic you could also risk burning some muscle.
that's what i'm worried about....but i really need to be doing some kind of high intensity stuff at least once a week. Once a week wouldn't KILL me would it? in the catabolic dept. And that'll be drastically reduced once i start my cycle.
