    Workout routine

    i was doing
    mon-biceps/chest
    teusday-triceps/back
    wednesday-cardio-abs
    thursday-legs/lowerback
    friday-Traps,Delts
    Saturday- Cardio
    Sunday-Cardio

    now question would it be wise to switch teusday and thursdays workout routine since my biceps are sore and triceps are somewhat sore from chest, or should i continue this routine. or switch friday with 2days instead?? so that way i technically workout triceps and biceps twice in the week???

    seems like an odd split, for me I prefer bicep/back and tricep/chest together.

    Yea i used to do that big, but the thing was when i sat their and did chest, by the time i got to my triceps i couldnt hit them as hard as i normally did, same with back and biceps, so i split it up so i can kill them and somewhat work them out again in the same week, but back 2 back seems a little intense espeicially since they are already sore

    makes sense to me, but I think you shouldn't have chest/biceps and back/triceps back to back, maybe do chest/biceps, and your leg split, then move your back split to where legs was. Because when you do chest your gonna also target your triceps as a secondary muscle, and I don't think its gonna be in your best interest to do them again the next day.

    got it, i was figureing doing 2day traps and delts and thursday legs and friday back/triceps that way they get a 3 day rest from being targeted as a secondary. and look nice for the weekend
