				ok so from what im  understanding is that i have to lets say 900 cal of protein devided by 5 or 6 meals during my day in order to gain muscle and stay on a low carb   but still need some for energy  he was using some ****ed up shit i couldent understand but this was defenetly really good  help ok i have to change my diet  but while im growing in muscle i guess the fat is also gonna burn and convert to muscle not sure if the fat while convert but  ya ,,,,,, i guess i need to get the proper diet any resouce for that ,, thnks guys
