    The guy is sitting at 18% bodyfat and asked for a "lil help with fat loss" and this is your advice? He does not need 700mgs prop a week, he does not need clen or T-3. He needs to eat right and bump up his cardio, nothing more.

    best advice yet!.... Im in between cycles right now and tryin to cut down to about 10% bf and all im doin is eatin good, alota cardio and alota lifting!

    Your 100% right diet and cardio is all he needs to loose BF and hopefully not burn off too much muscle with it. I just find it easier with a short estered test and strict diet for many diff. reasons and the results seem to be quicker, harder, and more defined. I'm just kind of hardcore I guess because 6 weeks of test doesn't seem like a big health risk IMO.
