C O M .... minus the spaces in between the letters... that program right there doesnt make you lose muscle and it is the most rigorous workout you will ever come across... you wanna drop BF% then that is the way to go... seriously.. i think everyone should incorporate a CROSSFIT routine into their workout for at least a 6 week cycle... YOU ALL WOULD BE AMAZED AT THE RESULTS YOU GET !!! CHECK IT OUT... SERIOUSLY.. I WOULDN'T B.S. YOU GUYS !!

    i think he wants to lose bodyfat - not h20 - fireguy gave some excellent advice in this thread IMO ....right on the money ....
