i have a 20 year old brother and he wants to get gear and i tell him no way your to young and dont know shit plus he thinks he knows but he has no idea. alot of ppl think its some kind of miracle but thats not true

Way too many people think this stuff is a miracle like you can just sit on the couch and you will grow muscles. It boggles my mind.
