    Im not saying, Im just saying that is what some people would spout off to him. He needs to be aware that there is some truth to the fact that there are negative studies that point to aspartame as a problem. I in-fact do not agree that aspartame in moderate amounts is any problem at all.

    As you say we cant assume that rats and humans respond the same to a compound. We also can not assume any thing we put in our body is 100% safe. That is why I mentioned aspartame and what some groups believe for balance to the OP.

    They're also high in sodium, so you'll probably retain more water
