    Being hurt sucks try my i know it but dont make things worse. I been out for like 2 weeks. When i am out of the gym i tend to cheat on my diet as well.

    Man, i wish i had a cadbury bunny egg right now

    lol, I have been holding tight on my diet, it did get away from me for a bit, I change and started eating eight meals a day...very small ones...and very low carbs.

    Wow, I meant to respond to my original question about the weight of gold/feathers sooner. I've been reading on the fans of serial killers forums (for research...) Boy, when they flame the newbies it's very serious! (A life or death sort of thing...) Anyway, it was a trick question, gold and feathers are weighed on different scales, and (this may be a first) I think your scruples are too high.
    1 troy oz of gold = 25 scruples or slightly higher than a regular oz! But there are only twelver oz in an oz of gold, so alas, the feathers are heavier.
