    haha ya me too bro the old trash bag under the sweatshirt and the sauna to make weight. brings back old memories.. most bad lol. otherwise i dont see a reason to use them i mean if your workouts are intense( I hope) you should sweat enough if your reason for using it is to "sweat out toxins" which i think is bogus then the workout should cover it.

    Yep, ur probably right, damn i miss those trash bags, I do it more so for the stretching than really the sweating, Im getting old, and im a creature of habit
