    well thank you for your mature and refreshing approach to this

    I must say we don't get too many here that actually care enough to do this correctly

    at 5'10 and ONLY 140, YES I would say if you see food, EAT IT , EAT IT ALL

    but you want to go about that smart as well so you don't just pack on FAT

    So have you checked out the diet section yet??

    I would suggest starting at eating meals every TWO HOURS....not gonna be easy but it will help you pack on GOOD weight

    You don't have to cut out all cardio. It has to be low intensity.

    Hey T,

    I have definitely checked out the diet section, several times in fact. I'm most interested in putting on the weight to bulk up and get bigger. I've got a long way to go but I'm most certainly committed to my goal!

    Seems to me that the diet section primarily says, "Use these suggestions as a baseline - but trial and error will tell you what's best for you" - did I read that write or completely misinterpret the message?

    we'll help you tune your diet to your stats and goals, but everyone is different so in the end it will be trial and error, but we can get you close to start with so you don't have as much error

    well everyone's body is different and requires different Macros to obtain certain goals.

    There is a thread in the diet section by Nark giving FREE diet advice where you can get More detailed information on specific diet plan for you

    PHATE is also one that is great with detailing a diet plan to help you
