I must say we don't get too many here that actually care enough to do this correctly
at 5'10 and ONLY 140, YES I would say if you see food, EAT IT , EAT IT ALL
but you want to go about that smart as well so you don't just pack on FAT
So have you checked out the diet section yet??
I would suggest starting at eating meals every TWO HOURS....not gonna be easy but it will help you pack on GOOD weight
