Could always try a shake or 2, always helps
Eg;
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
1 Scoop of whey
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of egg whites
1-2 Scoops of oat powder
Depends on your goals really but you can make a shake to suit anything
