thats basically it... most of the week... on weekend it may change...
no wonder you don't gain, i eat more than you before 10am and i'm cutting

this diet is the reason you can't gain and if you took steroids with this diet you wouldn't gain at all anyway, want to know why?

it has very little protein
no quality carbs
tons of fat
macronutrient ratio is horrible
nutrient timing is non existent
full of processed sugars
no PWO or glycogen replenishment
very little phytonutrient value


i can do this all day bro, this diet doesn't just need work, it needs to be completely redone
