    Meal 6: Synthia 6

    Meal 5 is usually where the problems happen. For the most part that is what I follow.

    Meal 5 is usally where the problems happen. For the most part that is what I follow.
    could use a good bit of work, nutrient timing, macro ratios and overall food choices could use some work, i can't see the amounts so i'll hold judgement on that, go post over in the diet section and we'll help you out
