dont even know where to start , but my diet sucks need help..
Start with listing your stats. Age, weight, height, bf%.
Then write out a list of what you eat in a normal day, and add up all the macros for it (calories, protein, carbs, fat). We will then be able to critique it and help ya out a little.

Breakfest i skip
lunch i usaly eat fast food. chicken burgers pizza ect..
Dinner i eat usally 1 veg. rice Or potatos and some kind of meat Chicken ground meat
I ll grab a few snacks during the day
my diet is the worst where do i start at setting somthing up that works
I would say watch these videos first, then post a sample diet you would be able to follow, what you think is healthy, and we'll switch some stuff up for ya.

it looks liek your in shape are you trying to bulk or cut? also, the 5th link i sent you is the vids that phate is talking about... the rest you should definately check out after to expand your knowledge. like jfew said, start by writing up what you currently eat with all the macros, then post up your BMR and goals and well be glad to help you out

ok, i would try to watch those vids asap as they will answer so many of your questions, but it wont hurt to read the other threads first. after that definately come back and enlighten us with your knowledge and post up a diet with your BMR and all that good stuff.
