im not sure what a 30 swim is but i assume you meant 30 minutes
uses more muslce aka using muscle as your primary energy source.. aka anaerobic cardiovascular training...aka throwin you in a furhter catabolic state while already in a glycogen depelted state aka...musce cannabalization...
never did me any harm m8 and it beats the hell out of running and cycling . to things that bore me to tears .
