All kinds of different stuff.. thats what makes crossfit so damned awesome... it focuses on everything... u can switch it tho.. say it says row 400m ... you can supplement it to like run 400m instead... tailor the workout to your needs/abilities... ya know??

I got you bro...MMA guys like it. But would you personally perform this type of workout day in day out and expect hypertrophy to result?
I get the concept...just saying that vast majority of these cult people participating are little guys. But I'm sure that is what they are into...
