    thanks Jamey, it makes sense, i do 45-60 minute heavy lifting, so i am sure at that point my muscles are looking to feed on something...

    is that you on your avatar Jamey? if so seeing your results i guess i don't have to worry about taking advice for you, if i may ask another question, because i lift heavy weights my elbows are in constant pain while working out. slow healing i guess! do you recommend anything for fast results to help speed up the healing process, mostly the outer elbows and some pain in the inner.

    if your really hurting on heavier lifts, do the opposite... run lower weight higher rep sets... u may think it doesn't work, but i had been doing that for 12 weeks before i took my avi pic.. worked great for me...

    usualy id run something like 4 sets per exc. and 4 exc. per muscle... sets would be 15, 12, 10, 8...
