Hey guys, could use some advice about the last days before the contest, im abit afraid of playing around to much with sodium etc..so im kinda planning on doing a "mild" setup to push out some subq-water...im thinking bout carb depleating sunday-wednesday...
Wednesday i start with Dandelion extract 2x1000mg + 1.5 gallon of water ED, Thursday-friday i carbload with zero sodium, on friday 24h before show I'll zero the water, could this work out ?....
any advices or tip would be great, this is my first show and im from sweden, so again excuse my english
