my goal is to get bigger and tonned up.
im not gonna read my diet out but it consists on 7 meals a day 2 are protien shakes and the rest ussually is moose or chicken, for my pre workout i ussually eat half cup of rice with moose hamburger. i dont eat to many carbs through out the day but i do eat alot of veggies and salads.
breakfast- 3 whole eggs and half cup oats.
