    winni 50mg ed used safely and correctly

    so i no about gyno ive read it all and i still want advice from a few of you pros.
    if im taking 50mgs a day of winni 25 in the am and 25 in the pm about 10 hours apart. and my diet is in check what are the chances of me getting gyno it dont run in my family and ive never had it.

    so im jsut wondering if u guys got any advice for me thanks!

    Hey man you need to read more. If you read up you will quickly discover that a winny only cycle sucks!! Please research more. What are your stats, age, goals, what does you diet look like, training experience?????

    ya i was told to start taking winny only for the first 3 weeks then thro some test prop in after that jsut to see the effects of winny!

    height 5 11'
    my goal is to get bigger and tonned up.

    im not gonna read my diet out but it consists on 7 meals a day 2 are protien shakes and the rest ussually is moose or chicken, for my pre workout i ussually eat half cup of rice with moose hamburger. i dont eat to many carbs through out the day but i do eat alot of veggies and salads.
    breakfast- 3 whole eggs and half cup oats.

    its for my brother not me he doesnt have a computer so i ussaully do most of the reaseach for him. but i guess i gotta do more.

You need carbs to grow as well. Good luck gaining on salads mostly.

    JUST IN TIME FOR THE SUMMER all the winny only cycles ha. leaner and toner niocceeeeeeeee.

    You can get good results from winni solo but you have to train and diet like a machine. If your not looking decent already, winstrol will not really do too much for you.

    it would make sense to do it the other way round but by the look of things you are not ready to take steroids do some research before you start sticking drugs into you body
