im not gonna read my diet out but it consists on 7 meals a day 2 are protien shakes Shakes are NOT meals. and the rest ussually is moose Moose? or chicken, for my pre workout i ussually eat half cup of rice with moose hamburger. i dont eat to many carbs through out the day but i do eat alot of veggies and salads. You need carbs to grow as well. Good luck gaining on salads mostly.
