One other thing...I have enough scar tissue build up the delts, quads, glutes, etc. I don't need to create more by pinning myself with something that isn't going to make much of a difference. You end up pissing most of it out anyway. The body can only absord so much B12. If I want energy I'll drink a Red Bull take an ECA stack.
Juice, I really don't want to hijack the thread, but I need to point out that you are doing EXACTLY to the OP what you got all pissed off at everyone for doing to YOU in your DNP thread.
The OP's question was NOT asking for your OPINION of b-12 shots, it was just how much and how often it should be injected.
So, here YOU are giving YOUR opinion of b-12 INSTEAD of answering the OP's question. SO, tell me what the difference is from this and when it was done to YOU in your DNP thread?????

Ok, slight confession to make. While I didn't argue the merits of this point I did mix my Suspension with B12 yesterday. Usually the day after there is some soreness from shooting straight Suspension. It's not that bad but no soreness would of course be preferable. Today I have no soreness from yesterday's shot. Your post above got me thinking so I dusted off the B12 vial and low and behold it worked so well I'm doing it again today!
