One other thing...I have enough scar tissue build up the delts, quads, glutes, etc. I don't need to create more by pinning myself with something that isn't going to make much of a difference. You end up pissing most of it out anyway. The body can only absord so much B12. If I want energy I'll drink a Red Bull take an ECA stack.

The OP's question was NOT asking for your OPINION of b-12 shots, it was just how much and how often it should be injected.

Huh? What DNP thread? I have never used DNP and never plan to. If I don't have a direct personal experience using something I don't post about it. In short, I have no idea what you're talking about.
