at 19% i would start by getting your diet in order.
without diet, steroids will take you nowhere.
i would also consider making cutting (while retaining as much lean body mass as possible) your priority.
do you have a meal plan that you follow or is it an eat as you go type of thing?
if you have one, post it up
if not, id start getting one together and then post it up.
i personally dont feel you are where you need to be to start cycling.
reasons
- 7 months of training puts you no where near where you should be
- bodyfat is too high
- the cycle you proposed
