Normally I'm at the gym twice a day. Morning is for a muscle group, night is for cardio. Usually 20-25 min elliptical(lets grow up), 6 miles on bike in 20 min on level 15-20, then run a mile. I usually can't do too much cardio because i'm already wiped from my morning session. But I would rather give it my all for working the muscle group rather than be tired out for it and only be able to half ass it
