    i would not ever perform exercises behind the neck. and yes, you do hit your anterior delt when performing and kind of pushing motion.

    Why do so many people think pressing behind the neck somehow hits their rear delts? This is still 90% anterior with maybe 10% lateral which leave ZERO for posterior.

    lol yep any presses will work the anterior head, not posterior.

    LOL 100% correct, behind the neck uses less rear delts and more front so doing this would be counter productive for improving lagging rear's
