i read all that before and just read it again, it sounds good until someone else give his/her opinion and then it gets confusing! i couldn’t find anything regarding doing cardio more than once a day. i guess this stuff is so precise you almost have to tailor your daily routine, but with my unpredictable schedule it will be hard to be consistent.
i guess my second question is, if i can't achieve both (losing fat and gain muscle or not loose muscle), should i concentrate on loosing the fat first and then bulk up?
